FREE Camp site by a nice lake. Firepits. The road down is rebuilt and smooth, but fairly steep, though has a gentle curve now.

Tried to get in here before the season started, but the road down to the site was too snowed in for us. Drove back down to little fort and stayed at Dunn Lake instead.
Report Check-InIt is a nice campground. But the fee is now 15 CAD or 7.50 CAD for Senjor + 65.
Report Check-Inthe road down is steep but very smooth. the whole site has been redeveloped and there is fresh gravel everywhere and enough room to turn around a truck with a large trailer or 5th wheel, but getting back up the hill and onto the highway could be difficult. Nowhere to pull over on the highway to walk down and check it out. Nice new boat launch. Every site on the lake has a table, fireplace and bench. 6 sites are done, looks like more are being built. Can hear traffic noise above when outside but in my van I don't notice. I have recently stayed in far noisier locations.
Report Check-InThis rec site feels rather enclosed and gloomy, but it's probably nice and shady in summer. Highway noise is quite audible but calms down at night.
Report Check-InNice clean campsites each with their own picnic table, spotless outhouse with toilet paper!!! Road in is a bit bumpy but doable in our Westy.
Report Check-InNice spot with some sites with View on the lake.
Pic nic tables, fire rings, pit toilets.
The first portion of the Road is steep and Rocky but ok with a van
