Report Check-InGot 20l gasoline for local price in our jerrycan, only if a Bolivian ''buys it for us''. It was easy to find a guy who'd do the favour. His ID or smth had to be copied in the oficina... bit complicated but all in all went smooth and fast.
Report Check-InThey do things by the book here now. I parked around the corner and went with a jerrycan. They told me that I needed to bring a copy of my carnet if I wanted the local price. After talking with someone in the office for a while they did eventually give me 10 liters for local price. However, if you're looking for an place to fill up easily without paying the foreigner rate, this ain't it.

I’ll take that over the hassle of jerrycans or being turned away.
