We turned off the main highway onto a narrow road and then found this track leading next to the forest. About 800m along there is an unused field where we camped. Quiet. No facilities. Free.

After two years, there is no open field anymore. But enough space! We had a very quiet night here. Didn't see anyone. Only thing you could hear, was a car on the main road higher up the hill, once in awhile. We just parked a bit off the road, just before the dirt road went uphill (see photo). Thanks for this tip.
