According to the lady at reception, some bureaucrat decided to increase the price to 450R last year. She even recommended that I go elsewhere, which I did. They haven't had anyone this summer because of these crazy prices, so it may come down to normal in the future.
Report Check-InStill like said before. A nice place to spend a night before entering the baviaanskloof. 50 Rand pppn and you arrange your ticket and camp for inside the baviaanskloof here.
The view was pretty nice, only downside are the passing cars behind the camp.
Large campsite on grass clean ablution with warm shower. Paid R48 pp incl fee for baviaanskloof.
