Amazing spots on the lake in the forest and near the lake. Not a lot of spots and many locals or long timers but the place is incredible so that make sens. Got the last spot of the dead end’s road. Pit toilet et some fire rings. No connection
Report Check-Inpopped by hoping to stay the night but was too windy, but wanted to comment that this place was so beautiful and would be an amazing spot to hang out for a couple of days. sandy beaches, shade or sun, pit toilets, fire rings, rope swing. lots to see and do. no reception. the road was deffs pothole vibes but could be done in our Chevy express with low clearance. ☺️🙌
Report Check-InCaution, the road is very uneven.
With a low RV you get your problems.
Wonderful secluded and beautiful location - a few sites along the water front - some locals will bring their dogs here for a walk during the day. We put the name of the Provincial Park in Apple Maps and that got us here. We are using Elon Musks Starlink - no phone service here.
Report Check-Inperfect place, the small road from hwy is ok for big rigs, a lot of potholes, muddy, but worth, nice views, beautiful sunset
Report Check-InNo signs along the road that indicate where to turn. So, don't be looking for them! I know people have said that, butttt somehow we didn't pay attention to that part 😅
Absolutely beautiful spot and drive. Totally worth it. There are a few spots here, and there was only one spot left when we got there around 6pm last night
Report Check-InNice spot with beautiful views over the lake. Very busy on this Saturday night. Be prepared for about a million mosquitos... And please keep the pit toilet tidy, how hard is it to NOT throw tp on the ground?
Report Check-InVery nice camping at Kitsumkalum Lake in Kitsumkalum Provincial Park. No Fee. Lakefront campsites. No amenities. Close to Nisga'a Highway but quiet. There is no sign on the road.
Report Check-InNice place, was once a great place when travellers packed in and pack out their garbage. It is a crime how much toilet paper is in the woods
Report Check-InNot marked from the highway until you head down the narrow road. great spots on the lake with fire pits and an outhouse (bring your own paper). very close to highway so you can hear traffic but not see it due to woods. Traffic really slowed down after 10 PM. We were the only ones here. Great spots on the lake and a wonderful sandy white beach on the southern side.
