perfect place to sleep, pit toilet, hidden park, near road.

Great for an overnight stop. Hardly any traffic noise. Just some coyote’s at dusk
Report Check-InKind of fancy rest area with several private spots. Two pit toilet absolutely disgusting, no maintenance here…
Quiet, the road is not noisy at night and you can hear coyote !
Lovely quiet spot just off the highway. lots of spaces for cars/tents. I was the only person here tonight. Two portaloos on site.
Report Check-InLots of spots for cars and vans and a couple larger spots for trailers. Private and quiet. 2 porta potties and some trash cans. Please keep it clean. Nice spot and would like to see it stay open. No amenities other than toilets.
Report Check-Ina nice grassy spot with heaps of flat areas for cars and tents. porta potties were there for use but need to be emptied. could hardly hear the highway except for a few trains overnight. overall good stay.
Report Check-InThe name is misleading - this is not a beach BUT there is shade from a row of birch trees W e stopped here for a nap, to play with the dog before heading into town. Could have stayed the night also. Road is not busy ( on a Sunday).
Report Check-InGreat basic spot to sleep. Outhouses and decently flat bits of land for vehicles or grass for tents.
Report Check-InVery nice spot. We can hear the road but not so many vehicules pass at night. We are hidden behind trees. Big spots available. Didn’t check to toilets
Report Check-InQuiet night. Nice site near wildlife control fence. Portapotties need cleaning. Deer and Coyote ( wolf) on hw 7, along the traintrack after we left.
Report Check-InGREAT spot!! We didn’t use the outhouses so cannot comment on them. I can say, with disgust, there is trash thrown about. We picked up two bags full as payment for staying here. Hope it stays clean.
Note: there is quite a series of geocaches available to those you are familiar with geo-caching. For those who are not, check out geocaching.com or download the app.
Geo-Marvin and Tirna-nog out.
Report Check-Ingates were open. beautiful spot, tucked away off the side of the road. nice long country road to walk your pups down beside the camp spot. Beware of cactus’ in the grassy middle part, tried to throw the ball for our dog there but got pricked a little too often!
Report Check-InThe gates were open, the place is nice and spacious, perfect for one night on the road! Close to the road, but plenty of trees.
Report Check-InStill not open. We got there late and spent the night by the gate. No one bothered us.
Report Check-InThe campground gate was unlocked and the grass was recently mowed. There was lots of space. We were the only campers there (we slept in a tent). There were outhouses and a couple of portapotties, but we did not investigate if they were open. We would definitely camp here again.
Report Check-InSort of looks like an old campground. The toilets are boarded up.
You can hear the road, but we parked pretty much in the back, so it wasn't too bad.
I think that local sometimes come here to drink or something, because I found some boxes with garbage and lots of beer cans.
But other than that it's a very nice place.
Gate was locked when I arrived so couldn’t go in. Not sure if it’s seasonal or just shut now.
Report Check-InGreat spot for an overnight. We only stopped for lunch, but would not have hesitated to spend the night if the timing was better.
