One of the many free "yellow post" sites near Big Bear Lake, CA. Beautiful pine forest, huge boulders, scenic views, blue sky, fresh air, above LA.

Spent the past 3 days here. Nice and quiet. Lots of wasps though. Not aggressive but a constant presence. Really nice view of the stars.
Report Check-InTried to go check this site out in my 2wd jeep renegade coming from Big Bear Lake taking Mill Creek Rd but came to an uphill section that was massively torn up with deep ruts. There was no clear path around them so I had to back up and turn around. I don't think it could be done without 4x4. I just took this same road a couple months ago to another site in my renegade with no problem. Hoping it gets fixed.
