No tent camping here (corrected the entry). Also the 10,000 clp price seem to be non-existent. I was told only backpackers and only woman for that price. Go figure
Lastly no secure parking space (another correction for this entry). Didn’t meet friendly staff at this place. Ricardo wasn’t there.

Very nice hostel: let us park our van at the side sleep in it, and use everything (toilets, hot showers, good WiFi, kitchen...) for... free ! We talked to Ricardo who was very very nice, he just asked us to give good comments on a website :)
But don’t forget to be clean and nice, a golden place like this is scarce ! (And maybe a propina ?)

I really recommend this hostal, Ricardo is one of the nicest guys I've known in my 11months trip. He's doing special price for long travelers (he has already travelled by van and by bike) 10kCLP/pp.

You have kitchen, laundry machine (ask first), pool and ping-pong table and really chill atmosphere.

Nice hotel. We met the manager on the central plaza. Nice guy. He also like travel by bike. he proposed us to stay in a little room without bed. Get warm showers, use the kitchen, park our biked, use wifi (slow). 5000 pesos per person.

Good hostal in Putre, the cheapest option I found: 10.000 CLP for a bed in a correct dormitory. Hot water, clean bathroom. Parking is on the street in front of the hostal, but the village is said to be safe.
