2870 Scenic Overlook | Wild Camping

Felt lucky to snag this spot on a Tuesday night in July. Most of the other spots leading here were taken when I arrived. Amazing views 🏔️ Definitely a trek up here. No service at all. Next to the road, but far enough off to be worth it. Happy trails!

It took us 45 Minutes from Sequim Downtown, the view was stunning. There is space for more then one car, but the entrance to the pullout is only the width of one car. Therefore you can use this spot in a group with three cars, but only if all are fine that two cars will be blocked by the one who will park in the entrance area.

Parked up for sleep along this service road before checking out the visitor centre within Olympic and getting sent on a hike up mount storm king - took us a long day to reach this spot thanks to a big puncture taken in the morn

Simple site with a good view. Fit 3 truckcampers. Rocky site and a lot of ash from many fires. Dirty if you were tenting but fine in a rig. No cell coverage. Too much human waste back in the trees. People need to pack their stuff out!!

Amazing view! Long, long barrow dirt road. I would drive my 38ft diesel pusher Discovery to this location but there isn’t a good backup site so if someone is occupying this site, you’ll walk away empty handed. Verizon one bar here.

this is a nice little site right off the forest road. it's got a nice level spot to park the rig, then another for a good sized tent. I didn't notice the broken glass at first, but it's right next to the firepit. Also, I've been having trouble with bees so be careful with your trash here.
