National forest. Lot of space. No amenities but really nice.
A little stretch of good dirt road but we could make it with our VW bus.

A convenient, quiet place to spend the night. It’s just past a newer home development, but only one car passed on the nearby road late in the evening.
Report Check-InGreat little area. Was a lot of snow but we found a spot we could pull into with our sprinter van that was dry enough and hard enough that is was not muddy
Report Check-InWe passed the first entrance and camped at the next turn off on the right, which has a fire pit and was pretty level. Road is in good shape overall, but I would avoid it in wet weather.
25' class C
Good Visible (Verizon) service
Decent spot. We went farther than the coordinates and found a site. There are several.
Report Check-InAbout 5 minutes outside town, on Joe Tank Rd. Lots of easy places to park, very pretty, very quiet. A fair amount of trash, mostly beer bottles.
Report Check-InMultiple beautiful boondocking locations throughout the forest service roads.
The third road on your left has the largest area and will accommodate larger RVs, many of the others are perfect for Vans or high clearance vehicles. I spent two nights here in different spots, well off the road and drove through most of it during the day.
The area is filled with deer, elk and wild horses.
Report Check-InBLM land. Locals call it the 300(It’s called Rim Rd). It’s a dirt road, either side of the highway. Much of it not very well maintained but I pulled in there on my sport touring motorcycle pretty easily and pitched a tent no problem. Totally free. Nothing glamorous but it’s a place to lay your head or park anything but a sports car
Report Check-InGood spot for a one or two nighter. Lots of ATVs in the area, not very private at this spot. If you have the rig for it, I would go a little further down Joe Tank Rd... also, some gun shots.
Report Check-InThere are quite a few pull offs from the main road. Some with fire pits, some with refuse and shotgun casings laying around. Nice spot for a night. Quite and lots of trees for shade.
Report Check-InWild in national forest. Lot of space. The stablish campground near charge you $20 for no hookups and $35 with. Too much, so we decided to park here for free. No amenities but really nice.
A little of good shape dirt road but we could make it with our VW bus.
