Still 15$ per Night. Nice Campground between Rocks and Trails. Quiet Night but very windy.

First come first serve campground with 15 sites. Very nice location with arch rock, heart rock in the backyard and close to scull rock.

Nice spot! We were near the end, in Site #11, so no traffic. We got 2 bars ATT LTE with our Weboost. Out site wasn’t the most level, but we liked the location off the main drag. Ranger told us, at least for this time of year, that the first come first served campsites are White Tank, Belle and Hidden Valley. This was the first one we came to.

Bathrooms are home to swarms of bees. Bee-ware!

As said lots of traffic, we were in the end sites, people came in at huge speed. No signs of any rangers and no way to pay. Place was full way before sunset. No cell service. Maybe we get dinged for camping at the park exit?

Great spot in the winter. Highly recommend!

Cool little campground amidst boulders and near a popular rock arch in the park. Weekdays were nice, fairly quiet, weekends are a bit of a zoo with the people visiting the trail, we enjoyed the people watching. If you try you can find cell service atop rocks in the campground.

I agree with Smallwood! Day Hiking Traffic is endless, as stated. I stayed in Site 15, at turnaround, for multiple nights. Day Hikers parking at turnaround loop and walking directly thru campsite 15, with no regard for camp being occupied. 1 Asian family, walked between camper & disconnected tow vehicle to access trail, both on the way in and to exit. Simply Crazy. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Note: NPS has Rangers posted to deter some of the day hiking traffic & parking, but it’s a free fo all before 10AM and then after 4PM, once the Rangers leave. Go forth with this warning.

Nice place but BEWARE...
The traffic here for day users is endless. We stayed two nights and would have liked to stay more to do some more hiking and scrambling but we couldn’t get a decent night sleep.

Night 1: traffic in the even was endless with cars passing by our spot. We even had vehicles at 1am, 2am, 3:30am and 5am drive into the campsite and stay a few minutes, then leave. NO respect for those actually camped here trying to sleep.

Night 2: day use traffic into the camp site was a little less - BUT- the middle of the night traffic was worse. We had what appeared to be night tours starting from the washroom area to climb rocks at night with slamming doors and small groups of people (4 to 6) talking and chatting about where they are going as they walked past and through the camper sites. This happened almost every single hour, on the hour for most of the night. One group would come in, climb for about an hour and then leave. Immediately after, the next group would arrive and REPEAT!

We spoke to the Ranger and they know about this activity but cannot seem to control it. Their response was to say that they are trying to get these people to park out on the main road instead of in the camp area, but that will not work as it would mean an extra walk for those in the middle of the night.

I would NOT recommend this place unless you can sleep through constant noise.

Our favorite campground in the park. Only 15 sites among the boulders. First come, first served.

Stayed here for 7.nights- with the Shutdown from Mr.Tr💩 4days for Free...hard to say for me...but Thx for that😉
It’s a beautiful place -great hiking and boulder area; a lovely place to spend Xmas without Xmas pressure; there is a 25’ limit for this campground, so it’s not recommended to come with a trailer or big 25’+; still 15$/night
