Description

This is a boondocking campsite just down a dirt road from the snow park. It can fit about 6 campers. Up near the paved road (150 yards) are 2 nice pit toilets. The campsites are both shaded and in the open, your choice. Annie Creek go right past the campsites.

Lovely dispersed camping down the dirt road past the parking lot with lots of room to spread out. Stayed here in October 2021 and again this week. There are several flat spots to set up a tent or a small/medium rig, even more further down the road past the snow play area near the bridge. Just look for the fire rings. Arrived at around 2pm on Wednesday and there was nobody there except for a few RV’s up in the parking lot near the warming shelter. If you stay by the creek, beware of yellow jackets. They’ll try to harass you for your snacks. And as always please practice leave no trace and leave this gem better than you found it.

Still a great spot for tenting along the stream and a bit further from the road. Short dirt track down has a bit of a gully, but no problem getting down and back up with our 2wd car. Would be fine with a van too I guess, just check it out on foot if in doubt. Stream is fastflowing and cloudy at the moment, so not the best for swimming or drinking.

Lovely spot on the creek within walking distance of the toilets.

Very beautiful spot! You are able to camp here overnight because it is a snow park. If you do not have service when looking for this spot, just look for Annie Creek Snow park and there will be a road that goes down from the parking lot. Locals like to have bbq’s out there and are very nice. Good place for your pups to roam around, stretch their bones, and play in the creek. The creek runs through the camp spots, so be prepared for flies and mosquitoes. Overall a good spot to get a good nights rest!

Beautiful spot to camp on level ground - no electricity, several spots separated by space and dirt roads. Loved it!

beautiful spot next to the creek! just make sure to pack in and pack out as I saw a black bear a little too close to comfort from me. he was just curious but still...freaked me out

As described, nice spot with decently spaced out sites. Continued on, didn’t stay the night. 2 campers at 8pm.

Easy in and out with a few spots right on the creek.

Amazing spot right by a little creek. Plenty of firewood around and nice little fire pits.

Loved this spot. As you enter the lot, go to the right down the dirt road. 300ft and there will be several spots to your right. I was the only one there and was able to snag a spot that butted right up against the creek. Had an occasional bar of LTE for ATT but usually it was just no service.

Nice spot. Rutted road, bathroom on the large parking area- also a sno hit with wood stove. Lots of picnic tables in hut to hang out and play games

Report Check-In

Great spots in the forest with the creek next to it.

Report Check-In

The road has been partly washed out so only passable by 4x4s or drivers happy to risk getting stuck. Beautiful spots right by the creek, firepits and lots of mosquitoes.
