Great selection of motorbike tires including aggressive and dualsport tires with these brands Maxxis, Metzeler, Pirelli, Kenda, Vee, and a couple others. The best selection in stock that I could locate in Cuenca. David Leon is friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He has a guarantee on all of the tires he stocks. They include the tire change in the price of tire. He sells a few helmets and gloves. There is a moto part store directly across the street for oils, lights, etc.

Found and bought a Kenda Big Block in 90/90-21 for 80$. Best option in Cuenca for our KTM690Enduro. All other brands were twice as expensive. Across the street is a moto workshop (tire change) and a moto parts store.
