Some road and tug boat noise but otherwise very quiet and remote. Great spot to park for the night and make breakfast in the morning.

Lots of space. No one bothered you. Good signal

Exellent location, quiet except around 9pm yesterday that they were moving a huge boat about 30 yards from our position

Good spot, nice views on the river(s), quiet. Has a portable Toilet.

Report Check-In

The road is still closed although the flooding is long past.

Report Check-In

Drove here looks nice but is completely closed/gated/locked off because the road to access the site is under many feet of water

Stayed in our RV - very quiet, right on the two rivers. No other campers/vehicles around. Beautiful sunrise! Lots of barge activity - fascinating to watch.

Nice little spot with a stellar view. It is basically a large parking lot with no amenities, but good cell service on ATT. It is fun to watch the tug boats throughout the day. Not sure if it’s 100% legit to stay, but no “no overnight parking” signs anywhere.

Not much here. a few picnic tables and a garbage can. Free to park overnight, I asked the maintenance man when he came by. The website says there's a campground here, but there's not. it had a port-o-potty the first day, but it was taken away the second night? not sure what that was about, but I left the next morning. Cool place, otherwise. It's located at the most southern tip of illinois, where the Mississippi and Ohio rivers meet. You can actually see the border of 3 states: Illinois, Kentucky and Missouri. It could be a cool place if they kept up with it better and added some amenities.

Report Check-In

This location was closed when we tried, gate was locked. Looked like the area had some recent flooding so maybe that was the case but we cannot confirm

gorgeous views of the rivers, amazing sunrise, tons of green space and large trees, no one doing rounds at night and no "no overnight parking" signs.

Report Check-In

Didn’t stay the night here, but nice place, no one around, big grassy area and paved parking, porto-potty, nice place to stop for lunch and stretch the legs or possibly stay for the night.
