Library with the fastest free internet we ever had on this trip so far. You can use a computer for 1/2 hour for free. They can print (15 cents per Page) and you can scan documents.

Strong WiFi that reaches to the parking lot. the library is also very nice inside with a lot of seating and outlets for charging devices. There is also washrooms and a water bottle refill station.
Report Check-InI spent a few hours here uploading photos with my laptop. Lots of tables with outlets. They have computer terminals you can use but they may limit the time to 30 minutes.
