Stayed one night. We were given two prices: S/30 per adult for just camping, or S/40 for camping and shower. No charge for Caspian. We were caught off-guard when they said we couldn’t use the pool because we weren’t hotel guests. I don’t think a hotel has ever said that to us on this whole trip. So that put a bad taste in our mouths at first. But honestly, the ocean here is freaking gorgeous. We parked by a palapa and had a nice breeze. The weather was perfect. The waves put us to sleep. Walked along the beach before 7 am and the only other people there were a couple pulling in seaweed for soap and face cream. Not a lot of amenities for campers. We were skittish to look for water or a sink because of how they’d been about the pool. We could use the toilets and Caspian used the playground.

Puerto Inka is the (s/129 includes breakfast, camping s/40 or just breakfast s/ 20) the right spot for a good rest.
Very good restaurant, with an option to take hikes, enjoy the sea and an archeological site that was related with the fishing culture during the incaic period.
Bike & pet friendly, Big RIG and camping options are offered, including shower.
If you need to get 'recharged' on your trip, this is the place with neat sheets on the bed, clean towels, good coffee & hot shower if you choose a room (with a view to the sea) and of courses, the beach!

Report Check-In

secluded bay, wonderful view on the ocean, very nice spot! electricity (only with own extension), wifi (slow), toilets, shower. but quite expensive... without shower 30 soles/ppn, with shower 40 soles/ppn, children pay half the price.

Report Check-In

Very friendly welcome. 30s/ per person, plus 10s/ to have a shower in a hotel room. We were the only overnighters, and so was very peaceful. Restaurant open until 8pm, food good and 40-50s/ for a main course. Very chilled. Recommended.

Report Check-In

This was a good spot to camp. The hotel is about 2 kilometers down some washboard. Not bad. We choose to stay in the hotel parking lot which has a great ocean view. Pretty rough surf that I wouldn’t swim in. Ate ate the restaurant and it was good. As I recall we paid around $30s each. Negotiated price.

You could easily camp for free with the same ocean view very nearby. Keep right for that as you go down the road.

Really nice hiking in this area into the ruins which definitely was the highlight of the one night stay.

Report Check-In

Nice place, 30s pp for the night. Wi-Fi, Banos, restaurant… Ruins to go check out. Beach was good, you can swim in the protected cove. You can also park for free outside the hotel compound.

Report Check-In

Really a beautiful place. It is possible to use the facilities of the hotel. Bath 30 Soles, bath + shower 40 Soles.

Puerto Inka

A very nice place, secluded bay with the hotel dominating the whole thing.

They wanted to charge us 40s pp for just staying in their parking lot, but then we negotiated to only have dinner there and stay for free.

You can stay at the beach just next to it (they also said it was covered with their cameras) for free without problems.

Report Check-In

Awesome spot in front of the sea, but very expensive with 40 sol per person without showers. And we were not allowed to use the pool. Great Inca ruins 5min walk.

Report Check-In

Beautiful spot. No wind. Road towards good enough for 2WD fan. If it wasn’t that expensive we would have stayed longer. 40 pp/pn, even if we didn’t use the shower which was included. Shaky WiFi at restaurant.

Report Check-In

Nice place
30 sol per person
Beautiful beach
no wind
can use the showers at the hotel.
not very friendly owner but that's ok

Report Check-In

30 soles per person just to park and sleep in your car and 40 soles per person have access to showers. We chose to camp on the nearby beach (sand is a little deep and you need to go up an incline to get above high tide, recommend 4x4. But if you just park in the dry riverbed any car could do it). We walked over to the Puerto Inca restaurant and had a nice dinner and beers. There were families on the beach in the evening and morning but totally quiet overnight and no bugs at all. Right above the beach are cool ruins you can walk around and explore with bones in tombs. Highly recommend this spot!

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

We got here after dark and we’re charged 40s per person to car camp and have use of the showers in a bungalow. Restaurant was open, food wasn’t great. Location is really nice and the little cove is beautiful.

Report Check-In

spent 1 night here, 30 soles p.p., decent infrastructure and nice staff.

Report Check-In

a rustic resort with good safe camping. pool is clean and restaurant is open as well. good place to stay in a bungalow or on the beach. 70 soles for beach camping but you get keys to a bungalow to shower in.

Report Check-In

Drove down just after dark and the cost was 50s per person for camping with shower, bathrooms, and wifi. Too much! We just drove up the road and parked where the road parts down to the free spot. It was too dark for us to feel comfortable driving down there, but we went in the morning and it was very tranquil! We were the only ones here!

Report Check-In

Amazing location, beautiful beach. We paid 30SOL per person, car camping. I do not think it is either expensive or a hassle, as it is clearly written at the front desk’s rates. We parked directly on the beach, and had our own private spot with shade and beach furniture. Also had access to showers, bathrooms and the swimming pool. 100% reccomend.

Report Check-In

Arrived from Tacna around 5pm and tree guys from the staff welcomed us with a friendly smile. We slept in the parking lot for 10pp with use of toilets and shower and wifi. It's 30pp if you want to park just 2mts before on the beach. Nice swimming pool. They also do restaurant. The place is really nice to rest very quiet and worth doing the 4km of gravel road (good by the way - only be careful if heavy rain). Recommend to stop here !

Report Check-In

When I read the review I thought that sounds to good to be true, but it was so! Perfect place to arrive after a lot of driving. Had a nice breakfast with internet, swim, shower and I only had to pay the breakfast!

Report Check-In

Genial. Excelente atención. Desayuno en 10 Soles y la noche 15 Soles por persona. Baños relativamente limpios.

Report Check-In

3.7 km gravelled road. we did it with a frontweel driven 7 meter motorhome. It's worth to stay one quiet night in the bus parking for free. Excellent fish at the restaurant.

Report Check-In

nice and quiet camping with a wonderful beach. if you want to camp directly on the beach it costs 30soles pppn. we stayed on the parking (just 10meters next to the official camping) and there it is for free! (just 7soles pp for showers and toilettes)
the restaurant serves nice meals too. we enjoyed a lot and recommend it very well!

Report Check-In

It is amazing place, we climbed the ruins and the view from there is wonderful! It’s a campground “ feet in the sand” as we say in Brazil

Report Check-In

Staying at the camping at the beach is 30 sl p.p.
Parking in the bus parking is free, use bathroom/shower is 10 sl p.p.

Report Check-In

60 sol for 2 people and a car with rooftop tent. This includes the use of a hot shower (the women’s shower in the right corner is hot). Had a quiet night (almost no wind). Food was mas o menos. No wifi. Clean facilities. Beautiful scenery.

Report Check-In

They do have wifi now, but it’s barely working...

Report Check-In

nice beach and ruins. also very nice staff. but, really expensive considered you can only use the bathroom and not the showers.
very good food - we had dinner there and the fish was great though also expensive

Report Check-In

Expensive at 30 soles pp. they charge for 5 years old and up. No electric, no sink for washing up, unless you head over to the bathrooms, and no wifi. So quite overpriced for a safe parking spot. But we stayed for a night and hiked to the ruins, which were pretty cool.

Report Check-In

You can stay beside the hotel withouth paying.
Super nice to walk around

Report Check-In

Delicious fish restaurant with great beach terrace. For 29 soles ceviche and a main dish or grilled dorade.

Report Check-In

Looks beautiful & actually is. But they were asking for 30 soles per person without bargaining!! At least they ask only 7 soles for showers. We stayed in the adjacent beach for free.

Report Check-In

After a good ride from Nazca snd the desert you are happy to find back the sound of the waves...
It's quite a wonderful place! You have cliffs, beach, inka ruins and beautiful sunsets. (Unfortunately hidden behind a cliff but still!)
They asked 30soles and i asked for a reduction for 2nights. They did 25soles/night for me and my van.
Let's enjoy...

Report Check-In

Granted we showed up on NYE but they wanted to charge us 50s per person per night. Noped the hell outta there and parked 50m down the beach for free.

Report Check-In

One of the nicest places in Peru. It`s a very nice bay with inca ruins on the left side and pre inca ruins at the right side. Also the landscape is spectacular. You can walk the whole day. The place is very quiet. We loved the place and paid 20 Soles for two person por night with hot showers.

Report Check-In

Great spot on the side of the beach with tables and umbrellas to use. We stayed here for one night. We were the only guests staying, so were able to negotiate for 10 soles per person, with a shower. They let us use warm ones in a room as the ones usually available weren't working. Nice spot!

Report Check-In

15sol/pp. probably because it's off-season. As described, beautiful place, nice ruins/walk, clean facilities, only cold salty showers. About 3km down a bumpy dirt road that's kind of steep in places.

Free spot right next to hotel looked very sandy and we didn't want to risk getting stuck.

Report Check-In

definitely not just a parking spot. beautiful bay where you can camp next to large umbrellas with tables on the beach. I only paid 15 soles for one person in a van. toilets and showers were clean but showers were salty and pretty cold.

Report Check-In

Magnifique site, bon accueil d'une employée, nous passons une nuit en 4*4 aménagé dans le camping face à la mer au son des vagues. Coût par personne : 25 soles.

Nice campground. Beautiful view onto the ocean. Fire pits and seating possibilities directly by the water. Quit.

Superbe petite crique , accueil sympa , paillote devant la mer , on y reste 2 nuits !!! Pour le plaisir d entendre rouler les vagues .

Report Check-In

it is still 25 soles p/p. just for parking!!!! un ROBO. Anyway, you can park after the blue poles demarcation and it will be free...nice beach after all

Report Check-In

even on low season not negotiable. however, the receptionist herself suggested to camp wildly, which is basically 50m next to the palapas;)

Report Check-In

Still at 25SOL p.p.
This was to much for us, but we arrived in the dark and couldn't find the free spot. So we drove the road back for maybe 300m and parked/sleeped just next to the road.

Report Check-In

It is now 25 sol pp. Cold shower, salty... No way to bargain! Even if we eat and drink at the restaurant, no way to bargain. So we went camping for free right outside without problem.

Report Check-In

This is the wrong position! The Hotel is the next spot in the south and east

Report Check-In

Nice beach but they charge now 25S pp and showers are still cold (although they tell you they were hot) and salty but at least they were clean.

Report Check-In

Lugar muy tranquilo, se puede visitar ruinas , 15 soles PP

Report Check-In

very nice place. we stayed 3 metres above the sea on a special areal for campers. can be bussy at the weekend. we arrieved at sunday afternoon and hat the hole place for us. we paid 15 soles p/p per night. no wifi. no power at the camping areal. but still a place you shouldn't past by. there a inca ruins right around the resort, don't miss the walk uphill to the open ocean with a fantastic view.

Report Check-In

Great desert cove to camp in. 15SpP if you park by the palapas of the hotel. Bathrooms are clean but all water is sea water, even in the rooms we heard. Good place for dogs. No wifi. Restaurant is pricey.

Report Check-In

15 soles per person to camp. Showers and sinks in bathing bathroom block are salt water not just brackish. The ruins are really cool to walk around. Be sure to walk all the way past the ruins up the hill to the point. The ruins to the left as you face the ocean are much more extensive. Very enjoyable camping even in winter with no sun.

Report Check-In

Campers only get COLD showers, and the water is salty. There is hot water in the rooms but the owner was very firm that campers only get to use the cold water showers. Apparently they used to have hot water for campers, but all the hot water handles do not work. We tried to get them to let us use a room for showers but they said no. It is a beautiful place, but for cold, salty showers it is not worth S/.15 per person in my opinion.

Report Check-In

We absolutely loved this place! It might just be our favorite established campground in almost 2 years of traveling. Beach camping with shaded tables at each site. Clean (and well-stocked) bathrooms and showers. Swimming pool, playground and restaurant with delicious food. We were here during Semana Santa and even though the hotel was full, the everything seemed incredibly well-run and tranquil. Paid 15 Soles per person per night.

Report Check-In

Price 15 soles pp ir you want to use the pool pay 15 soles more

Report Check-In

Nice place. Just dropped by but didn't stay. Travelling north do not take the old road by the sign painted on the rock. Look for a good dirt road and new signs a way up the highway.
