Latest Check-Ins

We stayed at the more private spot up the road over the hill on the right side in the grass. Level, beautiful, and OK Verizon reception! There isn’t much past the spot but the road loops around so it makes for a wonderful walk! There are houses somewhat nearby but this is secluded enough for us!

Report Check-In

Found an unbelievable spot up and over the hill as described. Nice clearing with beautiful views of large boulders, grass, trees, birds, and nobody around seemingly for miles. The clearing was large enough to ensure great solar production and unobstructed Starlink connectivity.

Stayed at the convergence of a loop off of the main road. A more hidden spot is up the loop road over the top of the ridge.

I followed the track just up and over the small ridge above this spot to a beautiful level clearing. No problem in my 2wd Sprinter. Very quiet and peaceful.

Report Check-In

no fire rings. a few level spots available. one further down near rocks was nice but too soft to level the truck camper. settled on this site at the convergence of two trails. nice shaded spot.

awesome spot. go up and over the hill, past this marker for a flat secluded spot with great views. easy drive with my class B roadtrek (dry). no shade. 2 bars Verizon, easy access to trails nearby.

Road plowed but too much snow to be able to park this time of year

Coyotes nearby we stayed one night couldn’t find the fire rings but it was quiet no one bother us and were able to get to it in a 2wd vehicle

Nice camping area. Drive up the hill and it’s a beautiful free area to camp. Deer in the area. Not to sure about other wild life.

Report Check-In

We ended up staying here for 4 nights for our Black Hills trip. We looked at several other sites but just didn’t find any in the area that offered the seclusion that this spot does. Couldn’t ask for much better ina dispersed spot!

Report Check-In

Nice spot only a few others surprisingly no bugs when we were there. Road was in great condition (for what it is)

Report Check-In

The road is easily drivable. There are some spots with fire rings. The place is not really maintained and the hay is long. But it's a quiet place and we were alone for the night.
