Latest Check-Ins

Great spot for a night! As of Nov. 2023, the visitor center is closed until next year but the washrooms (flush toilet, hot water to wash hands) are still open. We stayed in the parking lot with a few other big rigs on our journey cross country.

Report Check-In

Have spent a few nights here over the years traveling across Canada, latest one being tonight. Great place to stop and rest if tired when driving. Lots of big trucks and don't hear too much from the #1.

We slept here one night, it's perfect !
Not too noisy as the train didn't pass during the night.
Plenty of space.

Rest stop for many trucks, saw a few other vehicles stopping bf or the night. Loud, with lots of white noise with the truckers. A decent spot for a quick sleep right off the highway.

good bathroom, nice light to walk around with. we showed up late and filled a air mattress and had enough lights. still pretty dark to sleep in with window covering.

Good for one night when traveling through. Clean Washrooms. Can get a but noisy with semi trucks but we just moved to the front of the building and had a great sleep!

Nice place. A little loud if trucks present.

Report Check-In

Really a great spot. Bathrooms clean and right at hand. Really busy when I stopped, but quiet. Feels like a safe spot for a sleep.

Report Check-In

Perfect for one night ! No noise if you park behind the centre. Beside the fields. Nice and clean toilets.

Report Check-In

Halte routière avec toilettes. Très très propre! Le stationnement arrière est tranquille et nous entendons moins la route que celui d’en avant.

Report Check-In

Big parking lot behind the visitor centre. Lots of transport trucks park here so it was a bit noisy. Not exactly a "nice" campsite, but fine for one night when trekking across the country. Bathrooms were clean enough.

Report Check-In

As advertised, a visitor center with lots of parking. Semi trucks in the back. Fine for an overnight stay but it's nothing special.

Report Check-In

Rest stop just off the highway beside the visitor centre which is closed for the season. Toilets were open throughout the night - really nice, bright and clean. Picnic tables and garbage. Abit of noise from the highway traffic closeby.

Report Check-In

Parking lot behind the Visitor Centre.
Lot of trucks during the night.
No problem at all for a overnight stay with our van.
Calm place, you can hear the train but it's not super loud!

Report Check-In

Lots of space for trucks and vans. Right next to the Trans-Canada so great for an overnight stop. Toilets were also very clean and there was average WiFi. Trains were also very loud, so that's why the slightly lower rating
