Everything like said before. There are nine campsites and two ablution blocks. Each side with running water and a shade hut.

Report Check-In

Lovely campsite of 9 places on the river. Plenty of space, firepit, bbq, thatched boma, water tap. Lovely views. Nice ablution with hot shower. Elephants walk through camp, impala, monkeys, lions roaring close by and lots of hippos and Croc to watch from the bank.

Great public campsite, enjoyed the place and pricing is good compared to other places. Bathrooms are nice and clean, it comes with a braai stand, table and a thatched roof where you can shelter. Water on site but no power.

As previous notes. Lovely camp. Stunning location. Facilities well maintained. Clean ablutions, all working and with hot water.
Each site with its own boma.
Hippos, elephants galore. Lovely drive to the beautiful Chilojo Cliffs.
Staff all friendly and helpful. You can pay by card.
Highly recommend.

Had to pay an extra fee of 20 USD per day for our 5 ton truck. Stayed at Camp # 3 and good ablutions and beautiful view of Runde River . Highly recommend. Friendly staff

Report Check-In

Stunning camping spots along the Runde river under the Fever Trees. We sat out watching hippos, crocs and game and were visited by plenty of elephants in the camp. There are individual thatched bomas at each of the 8 sites. Great ablutions and running water.
Would recommend camp 7 as it has the best view along the river.

Report Check-In

beautiful campsite run by the NP. was charged a total of $100 for our first night that we booked in advance (including park fees, camping spot, etc.), but that reduced to $70 for our second night when we decided to stay another night so would recommend not booking if possible. Quite pricey for us but definitely worth it given the setting.
all other camp availability seems to be done out of the reception here.

Lovely location on the river with crocs hippo elephants and buck.Clean ablutions and running water at each campsite.

Report Check-In

Nice starting camp if you enter from the north gate ! We did not book ahead and payed a lot less (2 person ) at the entrance . If you book in advance they charge a site sometimes for 6 persons minimum but at the gate you only pay per person.

Report Check-In

We were not allowed to enter the park with our big truck (18 t). We don‘t know if this is a new rule, but then every comment in the park for big rigs are obsolete. We know that the streets are fine, but it is like it is and we did a detour about 250 km. Sad.
