I used the services here to help store my moto for 1 year. Alejandro was great help with the paperwork with both the police and with Aduana. Both are very close by with is also convenient. The normal maximum time allowed for a vehicle is 6 months (if you ask special) or 90 days is more typical.
Perhaps a 4 wheel Overlander is looking to rent a moto for a few days or do a great tour of the area on motos and I would recommend this shop highly. Great guys. No repair shop here but a great source for information on who may be best suited to help you. English is spoken here.
