Beautiful location right on the Madawaska river. 3 bars LTE. Room for half a dozen tents. A couple of thunder boxes. LOTS of mosquitos.

Report Check-InStayed 2 nights at this spot by the river in our 24' bus conversion. Great place to stay. 3 possible camping spots at this location. Locals say is very busy during the summer. Some trash that we cleaned up but overall fairly clean. Within walking distance to the Griffith Uplands hiking trail and not far from Town, where a well stocked convenience store was located. Food, supplies and LCBO.
Report Check-InReally nice place. Several options with fire pits. The spots close to the water likely need an SUV or pickup for camping. But a small RV is just fine for the spots a little further back. Road in was easy too.

also a large clearing across the road which is easily camp ready. Very clean and quiet. Could hear the odd atv but nothing disturbing.
Stayed here in 2 tents with 2 young children.
Would definitely return.

Report Check-InThis place is beautiful. We slept here one night and no problems. The camp has two fire pits and a small DIY-table. Easy access to the river. Saw 2 pitstops, but we didn't used them

Report Check-InA very nice spot, secluded and comfortable with water nearby. It was easy to find with the GPS coordinates. There is a small green Ontario parks boundary sign on the access road.
Report Check-InGreat little free camp next to the river. It's quiet small, but i managed to get my B Class in and turned round (just). Must be self contained, no facilities other than a couple of fire pits.
