Secluded desert camping but with phone signal. This particular spot had a bit of shade in the later afternoon. Make sure to drown campfires. Ours was still ready to ignite wood in the morning. There are signs saying it's close to the border, so be aware of suspicious individuals (and offer them some water and food ;).

We got here around 9:30. Google maps took us on a dirt road to the right and found a perfect spot. Woke up to beautiful sunshine, cactus and hills. Great cell service.
Report Check-InHad a peaceful night and stayed til the afternoon. Heard some possible javelinas in the distance :)
Report Check-Intried to get here, major power line project so access restricted on the road. stayed in a large lot closer to the interstate.
Report Check-InLots of room here, even for big rigs. Good cell service. Road noise is dependent on your soundproofing and how far back you go.
Report Check-InVery nice and quite enough for a land that is right next to the highways. Beautiful site with chollas all around and sunset here was amazing.
We got here on Saturday late afternoon and it was just us and another camper on the main road.
Please remember to pack out your trash. Thanks
Report Check-InEasy in and out off Exit 26. Good cell service. We experienced high winds starting late afternoon and all night. Overnight low in the high 40s.
Report Check-InNice small camp area ,quiet except starting at 5:30am on Mondays travel trucks go by.
Report Check-InReally easy spot to stay. Very quiet considering the close proximity to the interstate. A few other campers around, but lots of space for all. Lovely sunset. Great T-Mobile coverage.
Report Check-InDecent spot to spend the night. Large pull outs on the side of the road. Road nice and packed down. Not very private, lots of semi trucks that were hauling stuff up and down the road all night.
Report Check-InFantastic area. Drive down the trail as far as you want, there are so many beautiful turn-off spots. Some of the Furthest need a bit of high clearance to get to, but many are easy with any vehicle. Loved it here, stayed 3 days.
Report Check-InStayed two nights, we had the place basically to ourselves. A few people drove by but not much noise, one trailer off in the distance but never saw them. Great spot with lots of cacti around so be aware where you step! Great spot Keep It CLEAN!! There’s a guy in town selling firewood, spot is marked on IOverlander on main street west of 95
Report Check-InAwesome spot! We got here just in time for a beautiful sunset. Very secluded and peaceful :)
Watch out for the cacti if you have dogs!
Just as described. Many nice big spots to camp. Very pretty area. No ORVs while we were here. Don't have to drive in too far to find spots. We would stay here again for sure.
Report Check-InThis was our first and so far one of the best and most beautiful places we have experienced using iol. We arrived at night and in the morning woke to the amazing display of cacti and desert landscape in perfect color.
Report Check-InSome ORV/OHVs driving around, which is annoying. Otherwise, really beautiful. Strong cell signal, but slow data due to overuse of the tower. T-mobile
Report Check-InVery nice, quiety ans nous noise
Perdu dans le désert, quel calme et qu'elle tranquilité et des centaines de RV sont entassés dans le bled d'à côté ! !!!
Great place among the cactus and hills. Great hiking in the area, no trails though.
Report Check-InGreat spot to camp! Plenty of spots to choose from. We brought our Promaster in here easy peasey, just some washboard roads but nothing too offroad. A few other RVs/campers passed by and parked nearby. you'll likely have some off-road enthusiasts drive by during the daytime, but it wasn't a nuisance and many were friendly and would wave as they passed. Great star gazing on a clear night. Watch out for the jumping cholla cactuses all around. Our dog made the mistake of brushing by one (very lucky he didn't lose his eye) and we all ended up with cactus needles in us. They are very sharp and have microscopic hooks like a porcupine that really hurt to pull out!
