Just found this place after the local community camping was closed. Just at the end of town. A few nice wind breaks and softer ground than all the rocks around. You can climb up the rocks for a great view of the ocean and back towards the mountains. Little bit of rubbish around (and a dead seal 😪) but very quiet - except for the crashing of the waves 30m away.

Couldn't get there with our 2wd, got stuck in the sand. Lot of loose stone and some deep sand as well... Stayed more above, okay for a night.
Report Check-InStill nice spot, clean and beautiful. Around 8pm and 7am come one car with people who are searching for seaweed. They do not care about you. Calm, only ocean make noise 😉
Report Check-Injust above the beach as long as we are in L300 2wd. still perfect spot nobody came, great view.
Report Check-InWe camped here with our 4x4 with rooftoptent. Very nice view, even saw some sea lions. We were the only ones on this part of the beach. There is some trash, but not too much. So, let's all take our own and some extra trash with you when you leave this place.
