Guest house right near town centre funded by an Association of Surgeons (I think). Not a bad price (780 pesos) for an en-suite matrimonial incl. breakfast. No kitchen but car park at rear and friendly staff. Nice hot showers.

Note for cyclists : the rooms are too small to put your bike, but there is a safe corridor at the back where we could store ours. And someone is at the reception 24/24h
Clean place, very simple, just right to spend a night.

I paid 850 for the one night incl breakfast, good wifi, loads of hot water and they were ok for me to have the bicycle in the room.
