We had a lovely stay at the camp grounds for one night, the people here was very friendly. We paid R180 for the night had a hot shower and was able to use their firewood.
Report Check-InNot an official campsite (no electricity and no tap) but we thought this was a great stop off en route from Roma to Sani Pass via Thaba-Tseka. Grassy patch on which to park overlanding vehicles, access to clean toilets and we were also given keys to a (quite basic) rondavela to shower with hot water, and invited to do our dishes in the spacious kitchen. There was also a bar which we didn't visit but seemed well stocked! Staff were very friendly.
Report Check-InFlat grassy camping area, staff were friendly and you don’t get hassled by the locals. No water during our stay and upkeep of the facilities wasn’t great, otherwise its a nice spot. Current camping price is M180
Report Check-InWe paid R120 per spot (R240) and we were with 2 cars an 4 people. Even got a key for a rondavel, so had a private shower. Also a power point was provided. Nice green lane to camp on.
Report Check-InThis was a very nice campsite on flat grass with a sheltered braai area. Friendly people and price is 120pp.
Report Check-InLooks like a nice spot near the river, but it’s a rather sad and dirty place. Rooms, rondavels with tiny shower and toilet. Camping possible on the grass with lights (no power points!), water and braaistand. You can also use the kitchen for cooking and dishes. Okay for a night but hugely overpriced!!! They charge M320 per campsite, but after complaining about the terrible ablutions we got the price down to M250. Still too much but we accepted it. We got a key to one of the rondavels to use the bathroom.
