Moderator Note: This water source is seasonal it has a threaded nozzle and a small space to pull out of the way and fill van/rv. You could also go to maverick actors town that has a free dump station with potable water. Up the stairs in the pavilion had a filtered bottle fill station.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
You could definitely fill your van/rv if you needed to. There is also a filtered bottle fill station in the pavilion up the stairs. There are electric outlets in the pavilion Carrie the grass if you need to charger computer/jackery and tables to sit down on in the shade
Report Check-InWater spigots on either side of the parking lot, one closer to highway you can pull right up to. Water is on & working great. Can hook up a hose!
Report Check-Inpulled in and saw a city employee working there. we asked if we could get water her and she said yes. there is a spigot in the parking lot behind the building. it is threaded for a hose. we had to wait in line for several other people (mostly backpackers) to fill their water bottles. Plenty of room for a bigger rig to pull in and turn around. the water is much better tasting than at the visitor center in Arches NP.
Report Check-Inworks perfect for me, filled my tank me and my dogs will be happy for a while.
Report Check-InI didn't see the spring but the spigot in the parking lot was turned off when I visited.
Report Check-InRight off the highway directly across from the Colorado River. Really cool natural spring for potable water
Report Check-InWater is OFF in February 2022. They must be shutting the system off to protect it from freezing
Report Check-Inwater is still on as of today. large rigs are not allowed in the lower lot where the spigot is located.
Report Check-InThis faucet was on and running just fine today. It must have a seasonal closure since last year it was marked as closed.
Report Check-InEverything you need! Restrooms, water (didn’t check the spigot but restrooms have water), and shaded area with picnic tables and power outlets!
Report Check-InWater is on! Spigot is in the lower lot. Pulled up next to the curb near the spigot. Only about 15 feet from the spigot. It’s not a legal parking spot but no one minds. Fill up then move. We frequent this spot for water whenever we’re in Moab.
Report Check-Inwater bottle filling spot as well as a faucet next to the lower parking lot closer to the river. both were open
Report Check-InWater is turned back on for the season. You could easily attach a hose but it's about 50' away from the nearest parking space. I ended up just filling water containers since my hose was too short.
Report Check-Incan confirm - spigot turned off for the season. guessing most public spigots are off for freezing risk. local co-op grocery store sells water you can fill up in 5g jugs, they also have great food.
Report Check-InWe stopped to get water and the spigot was not operational. Maybe it is on seasonally?
Report Check-InWe filled up twice (with hose) during the week we were in Moab. Convenient and relaxed place to fill up.
You’ll need a 20 foot hose (minimum) to refill your rig’s reservoir.
Awesome spring water from the snow run off La Salt mountains. It goes trough 100 years of rock filtering until it comes out of the ground. Delicious water!!! I coming from Moab it is on the right. There is room to park. The spring it’s kind of hidden and low situated but perfectly accessible.
Report Check-InThis is a potable water spigot provided by the City/County for the park. There’s a drinking fountain attached to the spigot. There is no way to attach a hose to this spigot. We even tried our “water thief” and it won’t work. But you can fill up 5-gallon Jerry cans pretty easily. The spigot is in the lower parking lot on the far west end of the lot near the river walk trail and grassy area.
