Large gravel clearing right beside the river. Panoramic views of mountains. River quite shallow for fishing. Quiet spot, would recommend. It's the very first turn off when you come down the touristico road from Coyhaique. Decent cell signal.

Perfect place, quiet and calm during the night. Lots of fishermen and day tourists during the day, so we advise not to stay too close at the beggining where road comes down to the shore. Stayed for 2 nights. Recommend!
Report Check-InStayed here one night. Very quiet place. After reading previous comments we parked right next to the road. Didn't go down to the beach. Still some garbage around. If you arrive early you could even do some barbeque and enjoy the beautiful river, the mountain view and the stars at night! Would definitely recommend.
Report Check-InGood place to stay. Some garbage. It was raining a lot but we didn't get stuck since it's gravel and not mud.
Report Check-Inexcellent place to camp! big rig can enter to gravel beach.
I recommend this place
Don't sleep down to the bank of the river. We had all the night rain and to nivel of the river was much higher. Be careful!
Report Check-InCute place close to the Rio Aysén.
Easy to access, following a little pass, near the crossing of the X-570 and the 240. It's a wild camping, seems ok for vehicles. We set up the tent without problem.
If staying here, DO NOT venture down onto the 'beach' to overnight. It is infact the river bed and can swell rapidly and unexpectedly. We very almost lost our van and could have lost our lives. This is a confluence of two major rivers, each fed by many smaller mountain rivers upstream, and is wellknown among locals for extremely sudden and dangerous river level rises. We had to drive our van into an overgrown mound at 6am and flee on foot through boggy forest to escape. There have been numerous deaths along this stretch. It taught us a major lesson - don't just blindly trust what you read, and take great care in these parts.
Report Check-InPerfect site for all types of overlanders. Most of it is hard compacted gravel but some dirt areas as well. Can easily fit big rigs in here. Great mountain views, right by the river, and only traffic are locals.
Report Check-InVery good place for one night. Not very windy, very quiet and beautiful view on mountains.
Report Check-InLovely spot for the night. We didn’t see the ‘camino touristico’ sign but if coming from the north it’s the first right after the u-turn to coyhaique, then take the second left.
Report Check-InNice spot. I stayed one night beside the river. Some fishermen and locals visitors but they went out at night.
Report Check-InGreat place before heading to Aysen. very calm. When we arrived, some fishermens were there but after a while we were alone ! Beautiful view of the valley and the mountains.
Report Check-InVery wide gravel area with view over mountains and river conference. Nice. We had a cappuccino break there and came back for the night after visiting Puerto Aysen. The area at the river was clean, but you have to overlook some garbage at the access road.
