Very scenic and good road to get there, we loved it here. Take the trail right of the spot (it’s an old road) to get down to the beach, it’s easier than the left one. Only 3 people living down there and very friendly. Bring a bag to collect plastic bottles and keep this picturesque beach clean for other overlanders :)

Still a good place for overnight. Some people pass by, but just wave there hands.

Beautiful place to camp. Top of a cliff, with a beautiful beach down, clear and calm water. Some People from the village came to say hi. Quiet night. We did a fire with some dry wood we found on site.

The track to go to Meva and the lookout is so nice! A bit windy at the top but the view is amazing. On the left of the gps point there is a path you can take to go down to the beautiful beach you can see from the top. Fisherman’s take it every day, worth the walk :) big rigs friendly, no signal, beautiful sunsets!

Amazing place!! Taking the route as described below (leaving the main track at the sign for Meva and then taking the turn off from that to Cabo de Santa Maria), you will then reach a no entry sign and an arrow diverting you around. If you take the diversion, you end up going down through the village and have to climb up taking a long loop to reach the spot. We didn’t know why there was a no entry sign, as this was the same track that we drove on the way out. If we visited again we would ignore the no entry sign and go directly to the spot to avoid driving through the village. V windy evening but totally calm morning!

What a view! Very nice spot over the sea and the desert. We saw some locals, very nice. Allowed us to stay without any problem.

When you are coming from the north do not take the road that Mapsme indicate by Binga Bay but continue to the next road and follow the sign Meva.
Be care on little nasty rocks. Big rigs okay.
No signal.

When you drive here, make sure you use the main road and turn off at the "Meva" sign. Do not use the route maps.me suggests, as this is the old road which is very narrow and no fun at all. The road to take is not on maps.me as per 10.12.2019.

We enjoyed that place, too. Above the blue ocean between a white beach and the fishermen village. They have incredible beautiful and a lot of fishes. You can buy if they come direct from the sea, not from the container, because then it is the ownership of the company. You can also walk between these bays at low tide. It is fantastic over the rocks and through a small cave.

The view is stunning. A Good amount of wind up there. The folks from the fisher village came up and asked for water. We visited the village and spoke with the Chief. Was really interesting. Had a nice new years evening here.
