@Luaulife @luaudasmontanhas Pleasant place, great location. an excellent service. the price remains 25,000 pppn, if you need electricity you pay another 30,000 per day. 15Amp (not efficient for Air Conditioning).

Nice place with wind from the sea. Friendly lady. 25000 pp for one night. We had a good dinner. 17000 pp. Electricity 5000 a day on spot. Free use of the private beach. Beach just over the street 5 meters

Not really a campsite. More like parking. There's showers and toilets but that's about it. Price was 20k for us both and the next day we went to pay it was 30k.
No shade and yard dogs bark all night. We left for camping Cispata 30km down the coast which is such a cool place.
Mark a fellow overlander nearly got robbed in the evening here walking back to the campsite

Ok, lets draw the line here. Not every place that has a shower & a place to park your vehicle is allowed to be called "camping". Call it a grassy parking lot with showers and wifi but dont call it camping because you are way far from being a proper camp site! 15.000 pp after bargaining! The beach is not even close of what are you dreaming about Caribbean! Decent stay! Quiet! By the way, we did not meet any friendly welcoming owner! Only good thing is that Tolu is clean of Gringos! Apparently, the area is not very safe at night. 2 incidents reported so far ;-(

Nice protected parking area across the street from the beach. We were asked 40,000 since we needed power, but negotiated 30.000, since we only need to power a small refrigerator rather than a whole rig.

Serviceable toilets and showers, friendly staff, breakfast available for 18.000. Decent wifi, best in front area, signal does not reach the rear parking area.

30kif not using electricity, 50k with hookup. Currently waterlogged so probably not suitable for heavy rigs or tents.

Very expensive : 50 k pesos for 2 persons ! And a little bit dificult for bigs rigs when it's raining...
So, we camp on the beach, 20 meters before the camping....
We stayed 4 nights and nobody stayed something to us.

No recomendable... muy caro y no ofrece nada salvo un buen wifi. La playa esta super sucia, la cimida es mala y cara, el baño nunca tiene agua y siempre esta sucio. 15000cp por nada...

really nice place! owners are friendly and helpful, place is clean and there is everything you need. nice town as well: touristic infrastructure but on the same hand seames quite authentic. recommend!

Nice place! Payed as a couple 30'000 per night. Wifi works at the entrance very well but doens't reach the nicer parts of the camping [Password removed by moderator.]
We enjoyed Tolu because there are not as many Gringos as in the Santa Marta area.

Nice, quiet place (in low season) at the end of Tolu, next to the beach. There are two camp sites next to each other, this is the second one. It was slightly more expensive than the first but showers with running water, the first one you had to shower by pouring water from a tank with a small bowl. I wouldn't even ask on the first one, we did and during the night they were insulting and harassing us over the fence for not choosing them.

Camping Casa del Mare, is a place with cabanas,good for tents and RV,s . clean place with cold shower,toilets and restaurant. We paid for RV with 2 peoples 50 000 per night. The beach and wather is not very impressing.
