Parking at the edge of Rio Deseado. Very quiet with a great view of the islands with lots of birds. On Isla Quiroga we can see lots of magellan penguins. For tents there are places with grass. Near the city.
.....

Like already mentioned, a beautiful, big and leveled space with beautiful views and an amazing soundtrack orchestrated by birds, penguins and sea lions. No wind protection so we highly recommend parking in the direction of the wind.
Report Check-Inexcelente lugar, si no hay mucho viento, tranquilo, limpio y natural
Report Check-InGreat spot. Lots of penquins arrived from sea about 30 minutes before sunset. Nice view over the islands and estuary.
Report Check-InWhat a magic spot in front of the islands! There are plenty of (leveled) options along the road. Pure nature around you. We stayed the night there and launched our kajak the next morning.
Report Check-InUn lugar para pasar horas relajadas rodeados de pura naturaleza 🥰
Report Check-InLovely wild camping, beautiful view on the islands with lots of birds and pinguïns. And still close enough to the city to do some shopping and laundry. Many nice people in this little town, within 3 days we felt part of the community. Very worth the detour. Don't take route 47, it saves you 100km, but takes you 5 hours to finish the 150 km because of bad condition.
Report Check-InPerfect place to stay at christmas. Beautyful landscape. One of the best.
Report Check-InWe slept here for one day and its an amazing spot directly on the See or its river? I dont know but the whater is kristal clear. Ubilivebel
Report Check-InBeautiful spot with an amazing view. In walking distance to Darwin Tours. They offer tours along the Ria Deseado and to the island, where you can see the rockhopper penguins.
