DANGER! Do not come here!

It used to be a camping, but the lady owner is sick. Her family is fighting for the place. Some will say you can stay and accept your payment. But then the others will cut off the electricity and forbid you to access the water.

We needed to stay here for 10 days because our car broke. But they took our money, said we could stay, and than started denying electricity and water.

And they knew the situation since the beginning, because we paid for 10 days. On the 7th day, they practically told us to leave. It was a holiday and we had no car e no way to move the trailer.

We couldn’t go to other camping sites on the city because they don’t accept dogs.

We had to stay at the gas station.

Little campsite close to the city with playground for children and big commun room, which is warm. Nice to take a break from rainy weather. Kitchen area, BBQ and hot shower + toilets. Clean, but no toilet paper.
Very friendly owners who welcomed us. No fence/gate, but seems to be safe and quiet. We paid 1500 ARS for 2 persons + vehicle.

Very run-down and seemingly abandoned. Spoke with someone who reported that showers were not functional. That did it. We moved on. Try Camping Pescazaike, approx 25 km to the west. Much better.

Look for someplace else. This place is the insane asylum.
Bathroom is one shower, dirty, knee deep in everyone else’s water.
One toilet.
Water runs out after 3 people shower.
Common room would be nice if a bday party didn’t reserve it and we got the look of death every time walking in.
Have a million other complaints about this place, will just recommend you look elsewhere.

Good 🏕️ camping. Hot showers and very clean bathroon. Elsa is very nice person with a big history. 2 football ground, place for bbq , playground for childrens. Nice and big commun living-room with quincho inside and kitchen. In january 2020 ,500 pesos per motorhome and 100 p.p. Childrens not pay.

We came here because the YPF were a very busy spot to stay and we were pleasantly surprised. The bathroom was clean and the shower propper. The community room heated and clean and we could enjoy a quiet night.

Very friendly owner and his mother. His mother have us empanadas. yes, the ground is also used by groups. A school class was here during the day. Shower is warm, but dirty. Toilet as well.

Pros: common room with heating where you can have shelter and have your meals.

Cons: normally, no water in the toilets and showers. You have to use the owner’s toilet.

Not much wind protection on camping area
Useless internet
During the night, lots of young people rented the common room for a party. So, probably there will always be loud music on weekends. Impossible to sleep.
We do not recommend this place.

Friendly owner, but quite a lot of glas shards and plastic on the grass.. no internet. Quite expensive, 200ars per adult. Very clean toilet, showers no water, but apparently there was a problem with the water in the whole village yesterday..

Elsa is a fantastic host. We were 3 days in this camping and was a very good place to rest in Rio Gallegos.
Hot showers, good internet and warm place. 👍

A nice place - friendly family (owner Gustavo), the grandmother - very lovely women- lives at the site, they all make you feel welcome, hot shower, toilet (with paper), kitchen with tools), asado place, big inside communal room (heated!) with electricity and WiFi (slow). Just the perfect place if it is bad weather or very windy and you need a break. 150 Pesos per Person - no charge for the car. They even asked us if we need to fill the tank because they have very good spring-water.

Great place to stop n refresh before crossing d border. Very friendly owner. Hot shower, big space enough for VW camper, good wifi, kitchen wt utensils. We only camper here.
