Report Check-In

It’s closed for good. No more camping here. :(

8000clp: motorcycle and tent. Warm showers (quite spartan bathrooms). This place is really clean. They have WiFi (average). Owner was a bit grumpy.

Report Check-In

Stayed here one night. Best shower in 5wks. Small cabin for shower (3x) and toilets (3x). Not cold despite outside tempo (10c). Owner was oké and polite. Covered area for cooking, and sitting. Cold water available but no cooking facilities. Large lawn for motorhomes and tents. Quite expensive (CLP 20.000) for 2p plus motorhome, but worth it looking at available alternatives in town

Report Check-In

After reading the generally poor user experience for this campground I decided to check it out for myself. It is indeed a fairly large grassy area beside what can be a dusty road. However there are locations 50 to 100 m away from the road. What killed this place for us was the very unfriendly and aggressive owner. After being warned about him I decided to not put up with his shit and take him on full frontal. He said the showers were hot, so I decided to test them. This Nearly sent him into an orbital tizzy. He even gave me a lecture on how I should address women. He also didn’t like the fact that I started to chat with other campers and said that I was using his services merely by having my car on his property. This person has serious mental and attitude issues towards his valued clients. We decided not to stay and support such an arrogant attitude as he is. I hope your milage varies, however, I doubt it.

Report Check-In

The place is quite nice...but the owner was super unfriendly and aggressive towards us and other guests without reason.
Would never ever stay here again.
(If you don't believe it, just have a look at the reviews in google maps...)

Report Check-In

Horrible owner or staff. The place barely had 2 cars and 2 tents up and is huge. Yet the owner insisted we park alongside the fence near the dusty road. When we requested if we could stay somewhere a bit inside he asked us to try another place. The most rude unwelcoming person for a place that is okay-ish and by the dusty road. We stayed on the other side of town for the same price and fantastic river views

Report Check-In

Los dueños tienen un mal humor y una mala forma de atender. Si bien el camping esta bien y limpio y lo mantienen así. Tienen una serie de reglas y horarios que hacen cumplir de manera poco amable y autoritaria, resultando molesto para el pasajero.

Report Check-In

You can have only a shower for 2000 pesos per person, pretty expensive for a shower. Can’t find the entrance of the Fauna Patagonia camping which is 1000 pesos for a shower. Nice grass place with the river next to it

Report Check-In

As listed, big grass area, no shelter for the wind. Bathrooms are old and there are only toilets combined with showers, so in the morning when there is a line for the shower, you can’t use the toilet. Owner has a LOT of rules listed everywhere and is very nosy. His house is in the middle of the field and he keeps an eye on everything. He will come outside and tell you what not to do at any time of day. Wifi is fast though.

Report Check-In

Shower was cold for us and even they promised it warm it did not happen. Wouldn’t let us fill up our water tank either. Otherwise as described.

Happy New Year everybody and happy travelling!
Nice campsite this. 5000 clp pp, super fast wifi, nice showers and clean bathrooms. No power. Dusty road next door so be aware where you pitch.

Report Check-In

Nice flat camping, clean bathrooms, common shelter with space for cooking, eating and relaxing. Sometimes little dust from nearby road throughout the day, but it was fine. Very fast Wi-Fi which reached even to our spot.

Report Check-In

Fine Camping, not as nice as others but also not that bad. We were there for one night with a Camper, so we didn't need that much, was just so we don't camp on the road side. WC and Shower were clean though and hot water. For some reason, we weren't allowed to fill the water tank of our camper.

Report Check-In

We tried to go here but it was closed, as (almost) all other campings in town.

Report Check-In

Local ótimo, limpo bem organizado, só não tem pontos de energia. Algo a ser melhorado, no resto é top com Wi-Fi e tudo.

Report Check-In

In our opinion okay-ish. This camp site has a large field of grass and the showers are warm. During rainy days quite a few areas that changed into little pools so make sure you pick a good spot if you come with a tent.

There is a dry area to cook with some tables and chairs which is nice, but very basic. No WiFi. We understand completely that the owners have some regulations for their camp site, but in this one the walls of the bathrooms have so many papers with rules (don’t do this, don’t do that) that it threw us off a little bit.

Spacious grounds with lots of grass, potable water sources and garbage bins distributed throughout permit uncrowded camping. Ample restroom facilities with 3 toilets and 5 showers are kept very clean and tidy. Nights are peaceful with few barking dogs in the vicinity and lighting adequate to permit navigation but not disruptive. Kitchen facilities are minimal with just a sink, tables, benches, chairs and a fire pit. Oriana, the duena, is extremely pleasant, accommodating and conscientious. Currently electricity is available only on request ($5000 clp added to the typical charge of $5000 per person per day), however as the campground is fairly new (only 2 years old) it is quite likely that electricity and wifi will be included as it develops. Hopefully the kitchen facilities will also be augmented in the future. If so, such amenities would make this place one of the best campgrounds in Patagonia.

Lugar amplio con pasto, tiene duchas con agua caliente y baños, tiene un pequeño refugio para cocinar. Se permiten carpas y casas rodantes.
