On the route from the Mabuasehube gate to Nossob camp this is a nice stop when your not in a hurry. Approximately 3 hours per 100km without a trailer. Sites can be booked at the Botswana reception at Twee Rivieren or at the other Botswana gates.

Road is not in a bad shape!
It's a dirt road, single lane, a bit sandy but not deep, and a bit corrugated.
Speed 25-40 km/h you don't want to pump in to another car.
nice remote wild campsite, Africa feeling pur.
Report Check-InStayed at Motopi 2, see my entry there. To the previous post about the roads - yes they‘re in bad shape, but it‘s 4x4, it‘s pure nature, that‘s what you want I assume when you book to go there. Adapt to the conditions, drive slowly and carefully, reduce tire pressure, take your time and enjoy nature and wildlife.
Report Check-InNice Bush camp with a lot of space. We came the road/track from Bosobogolo and didn't enjoy it: lot's of washboard surface. It's too curvy to go fast enough for it, so we ended up with an average pace of 20 km/h. Nice surrounding anyway, and very green after the rainfall.
I hope the DWNP will work on the track one day..... If you don't worry about destroying your rental car: go ahead.... all others should boycott the Botswana side until the start maintaining the infrastructure.
Nice campsite.
Toilet are OK at the moment.
The road to Nossob is not pleasant to drive, very corrugaded... (tôle ondulée-Wellblech), but landscape is nice, green with a lot of flowers at the moment.
Nice campsite with a lot of space. Toilet is more or less out of order, as an owl is nesting inside recently. Beautiful sundowner sky, nice trees for shade.
Not too much animals around at the moment.
Camped one night. Drove from Nossob road sandy and very corrugated . We drove 3 hours without a trailer. Please ensure that you're tyre pressure is very low. Saw some game along the route.
Camp site is very big. One pit toilet not clean. Remember to please burn you're toilet paper if you prefer to do you're business in the bush and take all you're rubbish with you. This site does not get serviced regularly and when we arrived, there was allot of rubbish lying around. We collected three rubbish bags full. Everybody wants to enjoy nature. Please keep it clean!!! If you are into stargazing this is a wonderful spot.
