Stayed the night here. Super quite no one else was here. Just follow the signs for snowmobiles.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
We stayed up high and didn’t not travel down the road to picnic/historical site area. We drove around the whole upper area before parking and didn’t not see any “no overnight parking signs”. The lot is large, paved and level. Perfect for pulling in at night when you’re too tired to go any further. It’s removed enough from the highway that you feel less exposed, but definitely a bit of traffic noise - ear plugs solve that though.
Report Check-InQuiet at night. ATV quad runners are loud during the day. You can probably stay a couple nights if needed. Little to no cell phone signal.
Report Check-InGreat easy access, low key place to crash. If you drive a bit more in, there are pit toilets and a hiking trail. There was a deer carcass right outside my van that I didn't see in the dark, so if you have dogs keep an eye out.
