Campsite situated at 2km from the Tres Lagos and Fitzroy viewpoint. Pretty nice spot close to river and pit toilet present.

Space for +/- 100 tents (yes, seriously). 2 drop toilets, access to delicious water in river 3 minutes away. Please do not wash your dishes there (especially not with dish soap!) as it is the only fresh water source there! Felt very wind-protected on the ground, but the trees above us were blowing wildly. Completely free and well-kept!
Gratuito!!!
Report Check-InSlept here last night. Nice campsite but a lot of mosquitos! Be prepared
Report Check-Infree campsite with pit toilets. We stayed here 1 night to do a sunrise hike to Laguna des los tres for view of Fitz roy. Took us about 1 hour to walk from campsite. Got to lake at 6:45am and alpine pink on Fitz Roy started around 7:20am at this time of year.
Nice campsite in the woods, close to the viewpoints Laguna Sucia and Lago de Los Tres. Basic, with two pit toilets. A bit bigger than Agostini campsite. Potable water from the river Blanco. Again, can't believe it's free, in Torres del Paine Nationalpark they charge you 50 $ for almost the same!
Report Check-InPretty big campsite, room for +/-20 tents. Situated in a forest so there is pretty good protection from the wind and rain.
Close to a river to get drinking water. Pit toilets are alright.
Report Check-InNice free camp. Perfect if you want to hike early morning at the Fitz Roy (or Laguna Sucia) be careful if you hike early morning we saw puma’s eyes ! 😂
Report Check-InPerfect camp to stay for free. there is a pilot toiled and natural water from the river that I got to drink
Report Check-InNice and clean FREE Campground. 2 toilets available - the good thing is it doesn't stink. The one at De Agostini was terrible!!
Fresh water from the river!
Tipp: Try to go to the Laguna de los tres at about 4:30-4:45!
Report Check-Inbasic campground in a forest. no camping fee. pit toilet, river close for drinking water.
views to mount fitz roy. trek 1.5-2 hours from here to mount fitz roy.
mid march: countless numbers of caterpillars crawling around or falling from trees, sometimes dropping their excrements onto your tent. I touched them after getting tired of using things to get them out of our tent place, so I assume they are not hazardous.
addendum: WAY TOO MANY CATERPILLARS that make this place little enjoyable. they crawl towards you, they find their way into your stuff, they fall from trees,
second addendum: and they even travel home with you!
Report Check-InClosest campsite to the Mountain Fritz Roy. Drop toilet. Sheltered in a forest. many people start an early walk up to the Laguna de los tres to watch the sunrise. Takes about 1.5 to 2 hours from the campsite. If you don't want to wake up in the middle of the night because people are walking up to the Mirrador: bring ear plugs. Camp away from the main trail, people may shout and play music or stomp onto the ground if they walk into the campsite in the middle of the night, for example if they camped at the Lake Capri or come from El Chaltén. Other than that it is a nice spot for the night. A short trip to the Mirador Glaciar Piedras Blancas Is nice.
Report Check-InAN option to spends the night before or after the Fitz Roy view. Only by treking..
