Description

We really liked this place and came back a couple of times. Nice to find a decently priced healthy restaurant. The menu del día is available both for lunch and dinner (although they change what is on offer on the menu). Thought was good value at $25BOB for what you get - soup and bread, large main course, dessert and fresh drink. Nice spot to hang out too, cozy indoors and has a patio outback for Sucre's sunny days. Internet is a little slow is - only complaint.

We also had the falafel which was really good, but compared to menú not as good value.

Was closed on Sunday evening when we went to go.

Great vegetarian restaurant of which half of the profit is used for communal projects to improve living standards. The lunch menu is 25BOB per person for four courses. The tour office (see separate listing) is inside the restaurant.

Nice Cafe with a coo, concept, but we were quiet disappointed with the quality if the food. It all tasted bland.

Daily opening hours are 8:30am until 23:30. Food is really good.
Condor Trekkers also offes guided city walks daily at 10:00am and 15:00. Costs are BOL70pp and they take about 3 to 4 hours. They take you through the city center, market, park Bolivar and by bus up to Mirador Recoleta. Well worth tour.

Agreed with the below, awesome vegetarian cafe. Falafel sandwich super delicious, and so was the passion fruit juice. We didn't find it too pricey, same as other touristy places in Sucre, like $25 for filling sandwich, $15 for liter fresh juice, and some pastries for around $7.

We found it a little bit overpriced. Different food from the usual. Wifi was OK. Was open on sunday

Awesome cafe! Fantastic food and coffee, well priced and helps local communities! Wifi. Friendly staff, outdoors area here too. They also have a trekking company to book tours through.

Had eggs with all the extras for breakfast here. Food took a while but was extremely tasty especially the vegetable chutney they brought out with it. Chocolate milk was small but also delicious. It was quite cheap for Sucre and the quality of the food

Amazing food. We had the falafel sandwich (came with delicious raita and other treats in a large crispy roll) and the broccoli 'soufflé' (amazing fritatta type thing). Sat in the courtyard outback which was nicer than the inside. Lovely attentive waiter. Definitely recommended!

Delish! Especial loved the huevos and papaya lassi. Internet was basically nonexistent, but loved the atmosphere. Randall, the owner, is wonderful to chat with. One of the best cafes and tourist companies here.

AMAZING vegetarian cafe (meat eaters won't miss a thing) in the heart of Sucre. Awesome breakfast, lunch and dinners, as well as coffees and pastries and wifi... the best part is that the cafe is a non-profit org, with proceeds going back to projects in the local community. If you fancy a trek, the sister company, Condor Trekkers (also non profit), has an office inside the cafe and can arrange single- or multi-day treks in the surrounding countryside with local guides. Both the cafe and the trekking are highly recommended. Don't miss the huevos revueltos, muesli, and the veggie sandwhich.
