Description

*Overnight camping/parking is NOT available at this location.
.....
This is a campground/wildlife park. Unlike the other wildlife parks the animals are not in a cage. The little family that runs the place is lovely, and the animals really made this a relaxing stay for us. We didn't plan to stay longer than a sleepover, but we ended up staying there many nights just cause we loved it. Its in the middle of the jungle, and there is made a path through the jungle down to the river. The river has sandy beaches, and you can hide from the mosquitoes in the clear water. The prize was 25 for visiting the wildlifepark/day, pluss 15/person for a night. They dont have cabins, so you need a car or a tent.

Unfortunately, the campsite is no longer open. The locals couldn't say whether it will open again either. Maybe you will have more luck!

We arrived late at night and walked up to the property, they said they aren’t receiving guests and directed us to a place around the corner called La Jungla which is like a treeline adventure park which wasn’t great (not very friendly people and disgusting bathroom) but fine for a night if you are struggling for somewhere. Maybe worth a try here if you are passing, but at the time we went it was closed

Really nice place, Hugo lives his philosophy: nature is life! He explained all the plants, the fruits, the flowers. I didn‘t know, starfruits can be so sweet and fruity. Toilets and showers are clean, refreshing. Place very quiet. A paradise! Worth a long detour! No WiFi, no internet, no radio. Just pure nature!

Beautiful grounds, unfortunately river was dry. Monkeys came through while we were here in the evening and morning. We experienced moskitos, biting black flies, and no-see-ums. Bathrooms not so clean. Price was 45bs pp (30 for entry, 15 for camping.

Everything iPushpedals said. Place was awesome, family amazingly nice and welcomed right into their family. They have twin five year olds that played all day with our five year old, showing him all the animals on the property. Trek to river is really nice, and watching the fireflies in the jungle from the camper window out was a great way to fall asleep. 40 bs pppn, electric included. Might be 35 without electric. Clean bathrooms.

Amazing place. Just amazing. If you are searching for real and quite nature to enjoy yourself and contemplate the forest, hear the birds, look at the ants work, take a bath in a river and connect with nature away from the road noises and the hecticness of the Bolivian towns this is the right place. Roli and his family run this place in quite an eco way. They are really helpful and lovely in everyway. The place is huge so I guess it would take at least 50 people to crowd it, and if it happens you still would have a huge jungle to lost yourself and find some peacefulness. Nature in this place is awesome, they have maintained the forest almost untouched. They also have some wild animals which roam free around the land. I thought obout doing an overnight but the place was so nice that I stayed an extra night. 35 bs per night for hammocking or tent. If you are in search of a rest this is the place. 8 kms away from the village which in my bicycle was only 20 minutes.
