There are few places along the road. The first place on the right is useless. Up the road on the left we went to a Tigo. 50q for the sim, and 100q for 10GB/ 30days.
They spoke no English, but put the sim in the phone and connected it up.
Coordinate is a bit mistake, it is opposite side of road
