Good place for small van or small travel trailer. Small slope. Running water probably drinkable because across the street from municipal waste water treatment system.

Very good place to flush black water. No water for cleaning at this time of the year.
Très bon endroit pour vidanger l'eau noire. Pas d'eau pour nettoyer à ce temps-ci de l'année.

vidange de VR. On doit reculer pour y accéder. Robinet d'eau sans tuyau. usine d'épuration des eaux. 25 rue Paquin.

Free dump station. Close to water treatment plan. One way to go. Located at 25 Paquin st.

Only one water tap and no sign saying its potable.
If your sewage hose is not long enough you'll have to back up to use the dumpstation. Not recommended for trailers.
