Agree with all comments previous. Initially asked 24 for twin room with bath. Shower power switch kept tripping off but no big deal. Pablo the owner was great. Our tent was saturated from previous rains and we were able to dry out under the cover....he provided glue and material for us to do repairs on it....no questions.....just gave us what we needed. Just watch the little dogs.....they are cute but get a bit bored and can start chewing on things. Overall a really good stay

Hello travellers, we (Marcia and Pablo) are happy that you find us. In the last 5 years we dedicate our full time to this hostel and it has been a rewarding experience, getting to know so many different people and making friends from all over the world. We love what we do and that is reflected on our customer satisfaction. We invite you to discover this amazing corner of Ecuador in a different way. Your car or motor-bike will be safe in our spacious private garage. A few tips for you: tip 1. We have 2 ways to get to the hostel ( take always the one in the 15 de Noviembre Avenue becuase the otherone is blocked at the moment) we are located in front of the main hospital. Tip 2. book a room over our website (you do not have to make a payment in advance and is cheaper than in other platforms). Visit our funpage in facebook so you can see some of the activities around Tena and see our facilities. We wish you a safe trip.

The hostel has good amenities for overlanders, such as secure parking, outdoor sink, indoor kitchen and seating area, and multiple bathrooms. Pablo and Marcia are very friendly and helpful hosts. They let us park under the roof of their paved garage so that we could do repairs on our van. They also lent us their tools and helped us to find auto parts in town. Pablo offers sight-seeing tours around Tena, including a multi-day jungle tour where you can interact with the Waorani indigenous community. We paid $8 per person to camp in the hostel parking lot, use the communal facilities, and access a hot, high-pressure shower in one of the double rooms. We posted updated photos of the property.
