Nice little parking area next to the road towards the Nevados of Chillan. Some locals visit during the day to picnic or walk on the nearby trail, but it’s quiet at night and we felt very safe.

very nice spot, close to the road but hidden, quiet during the night
Report Check-InWe visited this place in March of 2021 and found it to be a solid spot to spend 2-3 days. There was some trash around and the river isn’t super clean, but fine to boil and/or wash dishes. There were some locals around during the day but in the night we had it to ourselves. If you follow the trail upstream (on the left hand side of the river) you have a nice flat gravel/dirt trail to run or walk on, that eventually brings you into town. Recommend this spot!
Report Check-InNice spot for a few nights, lots of space and leveled areas. Quiet and clean. Close to the bike park and lots of things to do.
Report Check-Inarrived there at dark, very hidden. just before the bridge "los asseraderos" on the right hand side (going up to Nevdaos), a small openning lets small vehicule pass through. quite hidden.
there was a visit of Carabineros at 3-4 AM, checking around with bright light but didn't ask anything.
Nice spot, totally hidden, and besides the river. You must enter through a very tight track through the bushes, so big rigs won't manage. Bikes and small 4wd will go in nicely.
