Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Definitely abandoned. Wired off, high season so I’m sure it’s not going to reopen
Report Check-InStation toujours fermee et la route RP7 difficile selon la policia. Il faut passer par la esperanza
Report Check-InPosto fechado permanentemente.
Tem uma pequena garagem no fundo que dá pra parar e fazer uma comida, ou até armar uma barraca.
Encostamos o carro dentro pra poder fazer comida protegidos do vento.
--------------
Station closed permanently.
There's a small garage at the back where you can stop and grab a bite to eat, or even set up a tent.
We parked the car inside so we could make food protected from the wind.
Report Check-InDo not rely on this gas station being open! When I was there there was a sign simply saying: Closed for the day. If you can't continue further, you might have to camp there until the attendant returns or chooses to open the place.
Report Check-Ingaz station. we were there on Sunday. it was closed. the nearest one is in esperenza
Report Check-InService station closed since the beginning of 2023. Passed on February 27 still closed. The nearest station is in Esperanza in Argentina. There is no gas station in Cerro Castillo in Chile. The first Chile Coast service station is in Puerto Natales.

Report Check-InThe Vialidad Nacional informed us this place is permanently closed. There's also a sign on the door stating "cerrado" (closed).
Report Check-InSmall petrol station. Available only Super wnd Diesel. Super friendly staff.
Report Check-InSmall petrol station. Slightly higher rates than normal, but it's the only one in between Puerto Natales and Esperanza. No 'Diesel comun', just the supreme one 😬
Report Check-InAccepted card, and friendly attendant! 153 pesos per litre for gas, £23/~$30 (debit card) to fill the tank in our small van. Has a small selection of drinks and snacks.
Report Check-InHas a small store frequented by travellers. With some basic stuff such as drinks and snacks
Report Check-InLittle gas station, with toilets. Wifi works too. 65 pesos for diesel.
Report Check-In55 for super, 65 for diesel. only gas station in town, Google is wrongly listing another one
Report Check-InYes small, cash only, but actually a nice guy who adviced us to take the road via Esperanza to El Calefate.
Report Check-InWas here 20yrs ago...all the roads were ripio. My back is grateful for pavement! Be careful taking the ‘shortcut’ from here to El Calefate. Bad gravel and if it rained can be muddy. Current prices: 52 diesel, 60-62 for gas.
Report Check-InTiny gas station in the middle of nowhere.
Good only if you are almost out of gas or next one in esperanza on the Argentinian side or puerto natales in Chile. So if you come or go to torres del Paine be sure you have a full tank.
Only Cash :( pesos of 49. needed per liter, rather expensive. forget this place unless emergency
wifi requires login.
if you do stop here they have a nice sticker wall.
After the police checked our papers just before the gas station, we went to take fuel and enjoyed a nice free WiFi. Super95 : 39,5$, diesel : 43$
Report Check-InThis thiny place in the middle of nowhere with the free wifi rescued our lifes!!! car broke down...
Report Check-InSmall station with a tiny shop. Only take cash. We needed ice and asked, he had no normal ice but gave me a pet bottle with ice, which was perfect for our icebox, no flodding.
Report Check-InFew tables inside with hot water available. Possible to buy cookies, drinks, very limited selection. Access to toilet and free wifi.
Report Check-Inno one around.
just knocked on the door of the house and asked to buy some cookies and bottle of water.

toilets working and water in the sink you just have to turn the tap a lot!
Diesel+ 20,50
Super+ 21,50
Little store sells cookies and soda's.
Check out the stickers!
We asked really really nicely and they said they don’t have showers :( the toilets are open though.
Report Check-InAs described above, small and very friendly gas station in the middle of nowhere. We asked and were allowed to park overnight for free with decent wind protection, pretty good wifi and toilets (downside: not so clean).
As of today Nafta is 20,90 and Diesel 19,50.
Report Check-InVery simple station for fuel. First one if travelling from TdP to El Calafate as the one at the border has been closed for 2 years. This one, despite contrary reports, is open (again?).
Report Check-InHas gas and diesel at the moment. Cash only (no cards). Very friendly, epic sticker window.
Report Check-InFriendly staff. If you ask, you can camp behind the gas station for free. Free Wifi, toilets, showers, restaurant.
Report Check-InWe got petrol here 95. A bit expensive but we were happy to make it there. Headed for Electric Cafe. on dirt road but it was so bumpy we turned around and took the long way around.
Report Check-InDo not show up here on an empty tank. The date we arrived they only had diesel. Closest options for filling up 80km east in Esparanza or 80km west in Rio Turbo. Both are YPF's with mini markets.
