Parking of the park. You can reserve a picnic table (with electricity) for a small fee (call 983-5466). No sign of no overnight parking. Spent 1 night. Really calm, by the river.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
No Fee to use tables. First come first serve if no one has them reserved. Electric is on at the picnic tables, can run extension cord to your van or plug in small power stations. Seeing some areas to camp outside the picnic area as you come in, and maybe down by the boat ramp. Peaceful and beautiful area for a day while you charge up
Report Check-InThere is a sign right at the entrance with all the rules and clearly under the "NO" section is "Overnight parking or camping" so we did not stay. I believe it should be listed as closed.
Report Check-InAs previously described. Road, train, and family gathering noise during the day/evening but quieted down at night. Police? (blinking lights anyway) came by during the night but I wasn’t bothered. I parked and the end by the loop. Less family activity there. Porta-potties
Report Check-Inpeaceful. lots of parking spots right by the river. has cell reception with at&t.
