Nothing great. Good for a late overnight. Just a parking lot in front of the post office and market but I was parked up on a pull off near lady bird Johnson grove and the ranger told me I could stay here instead.

Quiet overnight but you are feet from the road and the traffic starts before the sun rises. Full Verizon signal though 🤷‍♀️

beautiful lot, does get a lot of puddles from the fog/rain. I got 4 bars of Verizon service here. lots of truckers as well. field is overgrown so hard for small dog to run around in, but there is a patch that she could hang in just fine.

there is a portapotty nearby that I didn't notice until I was driving away, on the other side of the buildings.

Report Check-In

We parked across the side street from the restaurant as we didn't feel comfortable being behind the restaurant. Some road noise but didn't bother us. Verizon 4G 3 bars, ATT 3bars. Good signal

There was a large gravel lot next to this 1000 yr old tree. No one bothered us and someone even came and parked next to us. Only thing is not dog friendly bc some precious campers decided to do their #2 in the grass and didn't clean up after themselves. Pack in and pack out. Leave the place better than you found it.

Report Check-In

All above descriptions are accurate. I was the first over nighter to arrive a the spot around dusk so I was slightly unsure about the place but other vehicles showed up as the night grew. Advice-park behind the Mexican restaurant parallel to the HWY (it will block traffic noise some).

First ioverlander check in. It was a success. All above descriptions accurate. I was the first overnighter to arrive around dusk so I was unsure but as the night grew 2 more vehicles showed up. Plenty of room here. Advice-park behind the Mexican restaurant parallel to the HWY (blocks traffic noise)

Report Check-In

WiFi network is gone, but you could still park here.

T-Mo reception: Full bars & LTE

Report Check-In

The mexican restaurant is still close. Did not succeed to get Wifi. Ok for one night.

Report Check-In

Spent the night, was alone, noisy but around 11pm it was quiet... good place.

Report Check-In

just as described, wifi was good, besides the occasional truck passing by during the night, we had a very pleasant night. noone bothered us.

Report Check-In

As described in other reviews. Very flat. orick has several either homeless people or vagrants who occasionally wandered through the lot, but they never bothered me or requested money. A bonus in the late summer is that totally surrounding that lot are a very large number of blackberry bushes. I picked a small pale full one evening! I was there five nights. On the morning I was leaving, a gentleman who was on the city council drove up in his truck to ask if I'd seen anybody taking the flag down the night before. We struck up a conversation, and he was very concerned about how many people left their garbage out when they left. this was a great location so I hope everybody will take care 2 dispose of their garbage in a proper way!

Report Check-In

stayed 2 nights. no problems. quiet place with good wifi (about 5mb download, 4mb upload) with palm cafe. lots of honey sweet blackberries :)
close to the river.

Report Check-In

Didn’t spend the night here, but did use the WiFi at the palm restaurant. Was VERY slow, but do able if desperate :) The workers at the restaurant were very friendly.

Report Check-In

It is a gravel lot next to a close mexican restaurant. The wifi from the "Palm cafe" or "Palm Motel" is ok. We stayed 2 nights, no problems.
