We stayed here for a couple of nights. Hotel La Torre seemed not to have space for our motorhome and police recommended us this spot. They told us the town was quite and safe so it was good enough for us. It's close to the center, free and there's plenty of space for any rig.
No amenities. However, there's local street food served every night in the parking area.
The train station has toilets for 1 boliviano, although they do not open everyday (we couldn't figure out the pattern). For showers we went to a nearby YHI (the second one down the road) at 15 bolivianos each hot shower.

Report Check-InWe slept one night here, very quite. Next day we decided to sleep a few blocks away, next to Pedro Arraya Hostel. Sadly, two guys robbed our bags of our campervan (Mac, Camera, lens, etc). The car alarm sounded, but nobody reacted. We knew all of this info because we searched for pictures on the security cameras of hostels (a lot of them were broken). Police was useless, and we were not the first ones... and worst, we know another locals and over landers with the same robbery method on the same city, so please, be careful. Don't leave your camper alone. PS: We were pretty sad at the time when this occurred and we forgot to left the comment on this app, that's this is not on the precise GPS location, we didn't find out out to add another place, not being there... but, this location is very near.
Report Check-InSafe and quiet. Stayed one night. Thursday there is a market that starts in the next street early in the morning
Report Check-InBit noisy (crowds and food vendors until around 21:30 then peaceful until 04:00 when the street sweepers come around) but very convenient for the centre and an ok night-stop. Free.
