Very nice and quiet place... The staff is very friendly, perfect english speaking. Laundry service, refreshments, WiFi, rooms are clean and cosy for 430birr, with private bathroom and hot shower.
Guarded parking at the guesthouse in courtyard or in front. Sleep in your car and use facilities for few dollars...only one truck can Park in the front, and hard ground for tent.
Bisrat the owner is very helpfull for travelling plan, or mechanical advice, all around locally knowledgeable.

Rooms are 1100birr now. Hot water and fast WiFi. Beers for 70birr. Room for a few vehicles here.
Report Check-InAs everyone else is saying; it’s an excellent place to stay when in Addis. Rooms are clean, shower has hot water and the owner is very friendly and speaks excellent English. WiFi is working perfectly. We payed 430 birr for a room.
There’s a small courtyard which can fit a single vehicle. We parked there for free. This is also where you camp if you decide not to take a room.
