Bushcamping in Point Washington State Forest. Very natural, very quiet, close to the perfect white beaches of the emerald coast. There is a primitive Campground with 4 sites a half mile further but the tree branches are at about 10 ft clearance.

What a beautiful place !!! We drove until thé primitive campground and there was a sign mentionning that you have to register for 9 $ on the website. Instead, we drove back and camp in the wood. No one came.
Report Check-InThis is a very public parking area with a fee. Looks like the previous report was prior to gentrification. This is a very affluent community so I would expect the police if people were overnight camping at this trailhead. Thw road to the south on the same side of the road looks more promising. We just went Grayton Breach State Park
