Something not right?

Description

Camping right next to the Hotel Termas de Socos. A little bit run down, but ok. We were the only ones there, officially 6500 including a pool. The pool was not usable, so we paid 4000 per person. Bathrooms were acceptable, but no hot water since batteries of the heater were empty.

Nice and clean, but a bit expensive. 7000CLP per person on bicycles.
Can use pool with "thermal" water, that is not hot as you would expect, just ambient temperature.
Showers that were supposed to be hot were not even warm.
Very quiet place
Ok for one night.

The Thermal Baños and the swimming pool were closed, because of the offseason, so we paid only 8.000 Pesos for two people and a RV.

7000 CLP p/p, local com sombra, piscina grande e infantil, mesas, churrasqueira e pequena sala de tv, na alta temporada tem cafeteria com comidas e bebidas. Um lugar para descansar e seguir viagem. banheiro razoável.

Report Check-In

The camp ground was empty when we arrived and no one around.
We went next door and asked if it was closed and the nice guy there called the owner to ask (also a phone number on the gate). He told us to drive in and pick a spot, someone would show up to collect money but no one ever showed up.

Very nice camp spot amongst eucalyptus trees, clean toilets although the bathroom blocks are generally a bit old. No hot water when we were there and the thermal baths were closed too.

the exit is at the Copec station but if coming from the north you need to go past 5km and turn back to get to it.
