Description

Good side street parking back of the plaza Zocalo and Museo de Arte. A lot of shade from big trees. We slept one night with no problem and very quiet.

We spend a couple of nights in this spot during the week. Very quiet at night may be too noisy on weekends but we were very please we felt safe. Locals told us to Be careful not to park on where the curves are painted red.

This is a very central place which is nice. The night is quit from 11 pm to 6 am, very quit. But I think there is much more streets that are better and more quit for more hours, felt a little wierd sleeping here

Just as described. Very quiet at night. Was here on a Tuesday night. Great community and the surrounding hills are awesome to see.

Do not come on a sunday! Not only will the market take up the marked street, you will be stuck in LA style traffic for over an hour. This tiny town was not meant to receive the kind of flow that it gets on the weekend! Even at 10:30pm on a side street, there was still 1-2 cars per minute and old pick up trucks on cobblestone streets are not the most discreet!

Beautiful town, but way too many people from Mexico City on weekends.
