Nice, quiet, spot off of Cow creek rd. Very little trash and zero graffiti.Yes, dude! brand new, nice tables and fire/cooking rings. There are signs posted "No Campifires." Most of these sites will accommodate a class b van like mine or bumper pull trailer. They seem mostly level. Not a lot of space between you and the folks in the next site, Yet the campground is a decent size. Up above the cleaner than typical pit toilets Is another site where a class c or a couple of them would fit. Bear proof trash cans not overflowing but stupid people have been using them for target practice. There is good space to gather solar power and grab shade. I am the only one here. I plan to ride my bicycle on some of the many blm back roads tomorrow. 14 day stay limit then you must travel 30 miles and not stay the same place in 30 days before you return. This area seems to be known for gold panning in some of the creeks here.

I spent two nights in this clean, quiet campground off of cow creek rd. I was the only person here the whole time. Most of the 5 sites look like they will accommodate a class b van like mine. Brand new tables and fire rings. Sites look mostly level. Little bit of trash. NO cell service in this area. Fishing in the creek across the road. I rode my bicycle on some of the nicely maintained gravel roads. I did not go in the pit toilet bathrooms but they looked clean.

Very nice established campingspot! In the middle of the wilderness. Picknick tables, fire pits, toilet, no trash at all. Seems like it’s brand new or serviced very often because it’s very clean. You can stay up till 14 nights and it’s for free. There was one other camper, but we didn’t have any ‘serial killer’ vibes haha. We really recommend this place, so beautiful!

Very nice free BLM campground. Pit toilet and a couple trash bins. Four campsites each with a gravel parking pad, picnic table, and fire ring. Didn’t get any “serial killer” vibes from this place and saw minimal trash. No Verizon or AT&T service. Had two bikers drive through in the early evening and that was the only people we saw here besides a schoolie that spent the night in another campsite. Lots of mosquitos but it was fun to watch the bats feast on them later in the evening!

lots of horseflys and mosquitoes. almost walked into a rattlesnake. not a bad spot but be aware of what you are getting into.

Report Check-In

We drove off the 5 in hopes of finding a nice place to crash out for the night - looked like there might of been a serial killer living at one of the sites - tons of trash - bathroom door was wedged open with a rock - did not feel safe - we drove back to the Interstate and continued north.
Would not recommend this place!!!
